KEITH HIGHAM
Keith Higham is a past Chairman; and the current Vice Chairman of the Harpenden Arts Club. Keith enjoys painting in a variety of mediums and styles, including encaustic (wax using a  heated stylus), silk and dyes, digital art and mixed media. Currently Keith mainly works with gouache.  He has been awarded the distinction of Licentiate Royal Photographic Society, and likes to see the merging of photography and art.
