Harpenden Arts Club Annual Art Exhibition 2019
We are delighted with the success of the 61st Annual Art Exhibition! We have had so many wonderful comments from the public about the sheer quality of the art on display this year. We had more visitors than ever through the door, at times we were rather inundated, and all seemed to find something to uplift and inspire them from the excellent variety and quality of artwork on display. We recorded sales of 66 artworks and many greetings cards totalling almost £7,000.

A big thank you needs to go to the huge team effort that is needed to put on such an exhibition. First of all, thank you to the 54 artists who took part - for your wonderful artwork, and for all the individual efforts made to help to publicise the exhibition. Secondly, many thanks to the dedicated team of people involved in setting up the exhibition stands, organising the handing in and handing back processes, stewarding the exhibition and welcoming visitors, publicising it in various ways, and recording and checking sales. Finally, thank you to everyone who came and bought artworks - you help the artists to do what they love doing - creating fabulous art!
