Harpenden Arts Club Annual Art Exhibition 2018

We are delighted with the success of the 60th Annual Art Exhibition! We had more visitors than ever through the door, and all seemed to find something to uplift and inspire them from the excellent variety and quality of artwork on display. In addition, we had record sales of 68 pictures and many greetings cards totalling £7,173, an increase of 32% on last year's sales! Not bad in a time of uncertainty.

Many thanks need to go to all the myriad of people involved in putting together the exhibition: First of all, to the 56 artists who took part - thank you for your wonderful artwork, and for all the individual efforts made to help to publicise the exhibition. Secondly, many thanks to the huge team of people involved in setting up the exhibition stands, organising the handing in and handing back processes, stewarding the exhibition and welcoming visitors, publicising it in various ways, and recording and checking sales. Without such a good natured team effort it would be all but impossible - thank you!
