If you are interested in the arts, then Harpenden Arts Club is just the place for you to meet like-minded people of different abilities and ages who enjoy all forms of art - watercolour, oils, pastels, drawing, etching, screen printing, collage and digital . Each season from September through to May we have a varied programme of activities.
1. Demonstrations
2. Lectures
3. Critiques
4. Members' evenings
5. Studio practice with life or costumed models or still life sessions
6. At the end of the club's season we have outdoor sketching at a variety of local venues
7. Occasional workshops
8. Members' work can be seen in our gallery and the annual exhibition
9. You can catch up with the latest happenings in the club with our magazine Brushstrokes also on the events page and useful information on the Notices and links pages
10. Subscriptions are currently £25.00p per annum
We have room for new members, so if you are free most Thursday evenings, why not pop along to the small public hall in Harpenden, you will be most welcome, and there's free parking at rear of hall.
